Johnson Controls 重视您的隐私，并致力于按照公平信息惯例和适用的数据隐私法保护您的个人信息，为此 Johnson Controls 已经制定并颁布了隐私声明。作为 Johnson Controls 的客户和供应商（统称“商业合作伙伴”或“您”），我们需要收集和处理商业合作伙伴的业务、财务或其他联联人（统称为“商业联系人”）的个人信息，并根据中国个人信息跨境传输规则（商业联系人）（“本规则”）将商业联系人的个人信息进行跨境传输。

Johnson Controls cares about your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with fair information practices and applicable data privacy laws, Johnson Controls has formulated and published the Privacy Notice. As the customers and suppliers (collectively "Business Partners" or you) of Johnson Controls, we need to collect and process personal information of the business contact person, finance contact person or other contact person of the Business Partners (collectively "Business Contact Person") and transfer the same on a cross-border basis according to the Rules on Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information for China (the "Rules").

  • 出境个人信息：请 参考隐私声明“3. 什么是个人信息？我们收集哪些类型的个人信息？”部分，具体而言交易信息包括银行账户信息。
    Scope of personal information exported: Please refer to Section 3. What is personal information and which types do we collect? of the Privacy Notice, more specifically, Transactional Information includes bank account information.
  • 出境目的：请参考隐私声明“4. 我们为哪些目的使用这些个人信息？”部分。
     Purpose of Export: Please refer to Section 4. What purposes do we use this personal information for? of the Privacy Notice.
  •  处理方式：用于统一业务管理目的进行收集、存储、使用、传输、提供，并在存储期限届满后删除。
    Processing method: Collection, storage, use, transmission, provision, and deletion upon the expiration of retention period in order for the unified business management.
